IS INTERNET ACCESS AVAILABLE AT THE INN?
Yes! We can provide you the password to access the Inn's WIFI at check-in.

WHAT ARE THE CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES?
Check-In is between 3:00pm and 7:00pm. Check-out is at 11:00am on the day of your scheduled departure. If requested, late checkout (1:30PM) may be granted if available. There is a $25 charge for check-outs between 11:00am and 1:30pm.

WHAT HAPPENS IF A GUEST DOES NOT CHECK OUT BEFORE 1:30PM?
Depending upon the circumstances, at the sole discretion of Grand Gables management, an additional nights fee, (or a percentage thereof) might be charged to the guest.

IS YOUR INN WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE?
We have an accessibility ramp at the Dodge Street entrance. There is a ADA compliant room and bath on the first floor.

DO YOU ALLOW PETS?
We are a pet friendly property, but the manager/owner reserves the right to determine suitability of any pet at the time of check-in. Please inquire and confirm at the time you make your reservation.

IS THE INN NON-SMOKING?
Yes, Grand Gables Inn is a No Smoking Property Inside. Smoking is permitted on the porch and outside on the expansive patio

WHEN IS QUIET TIME?
We ask all guests and visitors to respect the fact that Grand Gables is in a residential neighborhood. We want our guests to enjoy their stay but please bear in mind, this is not a 'party property'. We kindly request that all guests observe quiet hours between 10:30 PM and 6:00 AM throughout the Inn and neighborhood.
